Complimentary Initial Consult
The first step towards counseling can be daunting so I want to make the process as easy and inviting as possible.
I believe that counseling is all about creating a safe and supportive space for you to explore your emotions, challenges, and goals. That's why I invite you to schedule a free initial conversation with me. During this conversation, we can get to know each other better and answer any questions you may have about the counseling process.
I value open communication and collaboration and believe that the more comfortable you feel with your counselor, the more successful your counseling journey will be. So why not take the first step and schedule your free initial conversation today? I look forward to getting to know you and supporting you on your path towards health and fulfillment.
In Person Counseling
I believe that the most effective therapy comes from building a strong therapeutic relationship with my clients. That's why I prefer in-person sessions whenever possible. However, I also understand that life can be busy and unpredictable, which is why I offer telehealth as a convenient supplement to in-person sessions.
Psychotherapy sessions run for 55 minutes and are priced at $125 for private pay.
Investing in your mental health is one of the most valuable things you can do for yourself, and I strive to provide a warm and welcoming environment that makes you feel valued and supported.
If you have any questions or concerns about payment, please don't hesitate to reach out. Clear and transparent communication is key to building a trusting relationship, and I’m always happy to discuss any issues you may have.
NOTICE: No Surprises Act, January 1, 2022
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost.
Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical
items and services.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.
Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call the Colorado Division of Insurance at 303-894-7490 or 1-800-930-3745.
