Fees & Consultation

15 - Minute Consultation

I offer a 15 - minute phone consultation to determine whether trauma focused therapy or EMDR treatment is an appropriate fit. This conversation allows us to discuss your concerns, review next steps, and ensure alignment before scheduling an initial session.

Consultation calls are complimentary and conducted by phone.

Investment

Individual Therapy
$200 Standard Session (55-minutes)

$300 Extended EMDR Processing Session (90-minutes)

$100 Stabilization or Follow-up Session (30-minutes)

My practice is structured to provide focused, specialized care for adults working through trauma, anxiety, and nervous system overwhelm. Operating as a private-pay practice allows treatment to remain centered on clinical needs rather than insurance limitations, diagnostic requirements, or session caps.

Trauma reprocessing sessions are conducted in person in Broomfield, Colorado. Telehealth sessions are available for stabilization and integration work when clinically appropriate.

Insurance

As of March 1, 2026, services are private pay for new clients.

If you have out-of-network benefits, I can provide a superbill upon request for potential reimbursement. Coverage varies by plan, and clients are responsible for verifying their benefits directly with their insurance provider.

Payment & Policies

Payment is due at the time of service. A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations. Late cancellations or missed appointments are subject to the full session fee.

Good Faith Estimate

In accordance with the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate outlining the expected cost of services. A Good Faith Estimate will be provided prior to the start of treatment or upon request.

NOTICE: No Surprises Act, January 1, 2022

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost.

Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.

  • You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.

  • Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.

  • If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.

  • Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.

For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call the Colorado Division of Insurance at 303-894-7490 or 1-800-930-3745.
