Fees & Consultation
15 - Minute Consultation
I offer a 15 - minute phone consultation to determine whether trauma focused therapy or EMDR treatment is an appropriate fit. This conversation allows us to discuss your concerns, review next steps, and ensure alignment before scheduling an initial session.
Consultation calls are complimentary and conducted by phone.
Investment
The standard fee for individual therapy sessions is $200 per 55-min session.
My practice is structured to provide focused, specialized care for clients working through trauma, anxiety, and nervous system overwhelm. Sessions are designed to be intentional, effective, and tailored to your specific goals.
Trauma processing sessions are conducted in person in Broomfield, Colorado. Telehealth sessions are available for stabilization and follow-up care.
Insurance
I am an out-of-network provider and do not bill insurance directly. Many clients choose this approach for greater privacy, flexibility, and clinical focus.
Upon request, I can provide a superbill that you may submit to your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Coverage varies by plan, so I recommend contacting your insurance provider to understand your specific benefits.
Payment & Policies
Payment is due at the time of service. A 24-hour notice is required for cancellations. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to the full session fee.
Good Faith Estimate
In accordance with the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate outlining the expected cost of services. You may request this at any time prior to beginning care.
NOTICE: No Surprises Act, January 1, 2022
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost.
Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.
Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call the Colorado Division of Insurance at 303-894-7490 or 1-800-930-3745.
