Sometimes You Just Know Something Needs To Change

Maybe you know exactly when things began to change or maybe life simply isn't feeling the way you want it to.

Therapy can give you a place to slow things down, understand what's happening, and work toward meaningful change.

You might be experiencing:

  • Anxiety, worry, or overthinking

  • Depression or feeling disconnected

  • Stress and difficulty managing emotions

  • Relationship or family concerns

  • Difficult life transitions

  • Trauma or painful past experiences

  • Panic attacks

  • Problems with confidence or self-worth

  • Patterns or behaviors you want to change

  • Feeling stuck despite knowing something needs to be different

You don't need to have everything figured out before taking your first step.

Understanding What’s Underneath and What’s Inside

Sometimes the source of what you're experiencing is clear. Other times, anxiety, relationship difficulties, strong emotional reactions, or patterns that keep repeating can be harder to understand.

My approach is active and collaborative. We'll look at both what is happening now and what may be contributing to it. For some people, that means developing practical tools and making changes in the present. For others, it may involve working through past experiences that continue to affect how they feel, respond, or relate to others.

Together, we can make sense of what's happening, explore what may be contributing to it, and determine what would be most helpful for you moving forward.
